ARADAR for engineers

ARADAR for mixing and mastering engineers

A reference library built for engineers. Catalog client targets and benchmarks, measure LUFS, loudness range, true peak, and crest on import, and A/B with band solo, mono, and phone checks right on the player bar. Build frequency profiles from any set of tracks you can use.

Organize large reference catalogs

Import your client targets and your benchmarks into ARADARand let it read the embedded metadata and audio specs on import. Add custom tags for the client, the session, or the utility role each track serves. Filter your archive by loudness, by dynamics, by anything you've tagged. Create playlists and filter as you want. Find a benchmark by description, not by filename.

A/B without leaving the library

Play references natively – AIFF and WAV, no convert step – with loudness and key on screen while you listen. Scrub the waveform, loop a section, solo a band, or flip mono and phone without opening a plugin. The controls sit right on the player bar, and you set the six band ranges yourself.

Keep those checks on while you compare a client mix to a target – hear just the sub, combine bands, or check how it holds on a club PA or small speakers.

Metering on import

Loudness and dynamics, measured on every track

Importing audio runs a full measurement pass per file – LUFS integrated and range, true peak, RMS, crest, and a full frequency curve against a pink-noise reference. No DAW plugins, no analysis routing. Group and sort references by their physical dynamics, and quickly compare any of them against a client mix.

Benchmark client tracks against custom targets

Group any set of tracks – a label, a sub-genre, a client's previous releases – and ARADAR computes a median frequency profile with a ±1σ corridor. Overlay any track against the corridor to see where the bands deviate.
